With over 15 years of clinical experience, working with national-level athletes to everyday bodies of all abilities, sizes, and ages, Shauna has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to human movement, injury, and performance. Since the birth of her first baby, she has specialized in perinatal women’s health, learning from clinicians from around the globe, the hundreds of women she has worked with, and from her own experience with birth, postpartum healing, and returning to athletics.
While perinatal women’s physical health care has blossomed over the last decade, there are still massive gaps. While Shauna believes all women should have access to reliable, individualized quality care during their pregnancy and beyond, this isn’t always possible. HealthyMumma.FIT was developed to fill that gap, providing easy to use, educational rehab programs for pregnant and postpartum women.
